AI systems answer questions about entities: companies, people, products, places. If they are unsure who you are or what you do, they hedge, or they name someone else.
Write one clear definition
Agree a single sentence that says what the organisation is, who it serves and where. Use it on the homepage, About page, social profiles and directory listings. Consistency across sources is what builds confidence.
Give every key entity a home
- One page per product or service, with a plain description at the top.
- A page for each expert, with credentials and links to their work.
- An About page that covers history, leadership, locations and proof.
Connect them
Link products to the experts behind them, case studies to the services they prove, and people to the organisation. Use sameAs in your schema to point to official profiles.
Fix inconsistencies
Old names, outdated addresses and conflicting descriptions on third-party sites all weaken the picture. Audit your top directory, review and social profiles and correct them.
